Meet Garry Senna
My outlook is based on the belief that we were not meant to walk through life alone.
I’m a relational and authentic coach who has logged over 2,500 hours walking alongside leaders at every level of the professional world — from first-time managers to senior executives.
Coaching, for me, is about more than hitting goals. It’s about creating a space where people feel heard, challenged, and supported as they grow into the leaders they’re meant to be. My approach is strengths-based, helping people recognize and build on what they already do well, while also uncovering new possibilities for growth and impact.
My background in executive leadership, strategic planning, and team development gives me the perspective to meet leaders where they are, but it’s the human side of coaching that fuels me: helping people embrace accountability, lean into their strengths, and discover capacities they didn’t realize they had.
At the end of the day, I’m here for one thing: to help people grow — in their work, their leadership, and themselves.
