As an entrepreneurial and innovative executive leader, I have extensive experience in operations management, strategic planning, and developing and implementing comprehensive executive coaching and team development initiatives.
I excel at evaluating organizational growth objectives and delivering professional development and training programs that cultivate employee engagement, retention, and a robust internal talent pipeline. I also have a proven ability to leverage learning management systems, multiple platforms, and adult learning principles to curate content and methodologies for continuous success and improvement.
